How to order JAX mice from regular official channels?
In fact, The Jackson Laboratory has already implemented a direct sales model in China. Since July 12, 2019, The Jackson Laboratory (JAX) has designated Beijing Chengtian Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (iBL) as its only officially authorized order fulfillment and logistics service trustee in mainland China.
JAX adopts the door-to-door RMB official pricing model in China, and Chengtian Bio is authorized to quote, place orders and perform contracts. Since the new direct sales model was launched, the four major pain points of users have finally been solved:
1) Channel fragmentation Leading to inflated prices.
2) Unstable delivery time This resulted in slow delivery.

① The required mouse strain number has been identified
- Log in to the official Chengtian Bio JAX mouse ordering website (https://www.wjx.top/vm/rpPAd9n.aspx?udsid=533940) Fill in the ordering information and contact information.
- Chengtian Biological Service Specialist will send the quotation and electronic contract via email.
- Party A confirms the order, completes the contract signing with Chengtian Biotechnology and pays the full contract amount in accordance with the contract agreement.
- Chengtian Biological Services specialists placed orders with JAX America and updated Party A on the progress of contract fulfillment based on the progress of US stocking.
- After JAX ships the goods from the United States, Chengtian Bio arranges import customs clearance and other operations, and it is expected to be delivered to the contracted animal room in 3-4 weeks.
